eMLi is a web-based system. To evaluate the system in your organizational context you need to checkout the flexibility and scalability of eMLi. You need to check whether eMLi's course management module will serve your basic need? Whether your fee structure can be incorporated in eMLi? Whether the format of SID (Student ID) is suitable for you? Whether eMLi provides necessary modules as per your requirements? How System User Management module will restrict your user to access unauthorized activities and information. Checkout each modules you requires, it's functioning in your environment and its applicability in your organization. There are many more aspects which can be checked during demo session but our team will explain each and every aspect in-depth.

If you are not a subscriber of Business Intelligent Report module, your home page will show you simple option of My Desk e.g. notice-board, latest notices, upcoming birthday, online resource center (Publication), Complaint, Compliment or Comment on a student made by administrative/academic staff.
BI Report subscriber will get Interactive Dashboard as their home page. You can have all important details and graphical charts in the best visualized manner with projection.
How to evaluate particular activity of the institute?
By keeping its records
Each and every activity in the institute does matter. Any institute gets benefitted by keeping accurate records of their activities. For example if any student is participating in any extra co-curricular activities, eMLi’s event management module helps Institute to add entire information right from student’s participation to the final results of any completion, everything is well managed in eMLi. Likewise, Fees Management, Examination management, Hostel Management, Transportation management etc are various other activities which can be evaluated by shifting towards paperless mode.
User Specific Modules
The eMLi provides extensive range of Modules which are designed to facilitate each and every activities of the Educational Institution. An Educational Institute requires to manage more of the student/staff related activities. The Menu of the eMLi is logically organized. Each activity is placed under particular title.
Each activity in the Module is placed as per the audit trail. E.g. If you want to issue a Certificate the system will provide you exact step-by-step process. You need to first take the application, approve and finally issue it. In this way you can easily evaluate the activity.

How to Check The Parent's/Student Login?
Everything in eMLi is user friendly
Parents/Students play an important role in the Academics and have all the rights to access the information which is right for them. Student/Parents will be provided an ID and Password to access the Student Information Portal (Login). Organization admin have all the rights to provide the url of Parents/Students login. You just have to enter the Username and Password in the field. After that in the “User Type” you need to select “Student | Parent” option. Last step would be entering Captcha Code and then click on Login button. The home page of your portal will be displayed on your screen. User can also change their password from the portal itself.

How you will provide the service support?
Through ticket based system
Generally, most of the support is required during the initial year. The one year free support will be provided on ticket based system. You will be given 30 tickets (non-carry-forward) to be used during the year. Afterwards, you can purchase tickets at some price per ticket having validity of two years. So, you can use the additional tickets in next two years. Service support includes first level of implementation and guidance to every software user. All the queries and concerns will be taken into account. Message communication, phone communication, mail, skype communication etc. are also to be facilitated.
What about up-gradation in future?

Change is a necessary thing in technology and so as we perform. eMLi is flexible to adopt new technology and customization when needed. Vast amount of new features and functionalities are added every year which has always been beneficial for Education entities.

What about my previous years' data?
We collect legacy data
You previous year’s data will be configured into system. You just have to give us the legacy data in excel format. We also provide a pre-defined data collection sheet to every user at the initial stage of implementation. You just have to submit the data in the sheet and send it to our team. Entire data will be configured in the system within two days with high security.
What if I need more reports?
Can be added
There are many cases in which College/School/University asks to provide additional reports apart from which our system serves already. In that case, our team will first investigate whether the new report is worth adding in the system or not. Once we analyze the depth of the need, our team will develop the report on your request.
Our Academic Structure is somewhat/completely different.
Different Institutions, different Academic Structures
Every Institution has their own predefined style of working in Academics. If your Academic Structure is different from others, you don’t need to worry about all that. Our solution eMLi is flexible enough to hold any changes and format you give. We have our previous data in DOS-based/desktop software
You can send us the data by exporting the previous data from your existing software. Nowadays any desktop based software gives facility to export existing data in CSV or Excel format. Our team will upload that data very seamlessly in eMLi software. Still if your data is in any other format other than CSV or Excel, we will try to convert it if possible.
We want our data on our website/web-portal
There are many ways to receive your data at your portal. Firstly, if you totally want to restrict us from accessing your data from our server, you can go to offline mode. Secondly, our eMLi generates time to time report of the data. You can download/export the data from the system itself. So in both the options, you will have your data in your hands!
